A puppy was inches away from a broken suitcase on the side of the road. The way the suitcase had been torn up reflected the terrible situation in which this furry companion had found himself.
“How is it conceivable that someone would do something like this to a vulnerable being?”one person lamented on social networks.
Everything seemed to lead to it being placed in this folder to be discarded. He managed to escape, although he seemed tired and devoid of vitality.
The man who discovered it called the rescue team. They welcomed him and took care of him right away. The young man was in a precarious state.
He was plagued by gastrointestinal problems. And, because he didn’t trust anyone, getting him the help he needed seemed impossible.
“The results of his tests are simply amazing.”There is anemia, hyperparathyroidism, liver failure and necrosis of certain tissues. According to a Foundation official, his fatty intestinal system is blocked by stones and foreign skin.
Many people would give up such a difficult situation, but this sad fuzzy creature deserved to be happy.
“Those who discovered him and saved him are angels,” one online user said.
For weeks he was quite weak, but over time he developed the power to get up and eat on his own.
Despite his fragile condition, he was given the name Kei, and his biggest problem was to restore faith in humanity.
“We don’t know if he is a new puppy or if his anxiety is the result of everything he has been through,” said one of the rescuers.
He gradually allowed himself to trust people more. He seemed to know that the treatment of the veterinarians made him stronger and stronger.
It is comforting to know that the dog received all the help he needed after such a difficult story.
