Homeless man saves stray dog from abusive teens. A small pizza shop owner is going viral after sharing alleyway camera footage showing a group of high schoolers throwing cans at a trembling stray dog. In the video, a homeless man rushes in, kneels down, and shields the dog with his own body until the teens scatter. The shop owner posted the clip on Facebook and the internet exploded with support. Strangers launched a GoFundMe for the man, and it’s already raised enough to put him and the dog in a warm hotel room, with food and clean clothes. When asked about it the owner, of the pizza shop said: “He protected that dog like it was his. Now it’s our turn to protect him.”
