The rescue group was desperate to find a loving home for Hero, an abuse victim with visible and invisible scars.
Fortunately, when the couple met him, they knew he belonged in their family. However, this choice wasn’t theirs alone; Sugar – another Pittie from the same household – had to agree too! Being conscientious pet owners meant that the two dogs needed to meet before anything else could be decided.
Sugar was elated the instant her family came together for their meet-and-greet.
