Jennifer Robyn Bernard, an actress best known for her role as Terry Brock on the daytime drama General Hospital, has passed away. Bernard portrayed the character for approximately six years during the 1980s, appearing in 145 episodes of the soap opera between 1984 and 1990.
According to reports, authorities were called to investigate a death in San Jacinto, California, this past Tuesday. Officials successfully identified Bernard using her fingerprints. The exact cause of her death has not yet been disclosed, and the Riverside County Coroner scheduled an autopsy for the following Wednesday to determine the circumstances surrounding her passing.
Beyond her lengthy tenure on General Hospital, Bernard’s acting credits included a role as a psychologist in the 2002 production Voices from the High School.
The television community has also recently mourned the loss of another iconic General Hospital performer, Jacklyn Zeman, who famously played Bobbie Spencer. In tributes reflecting on Zeman’s legacy, colleagues described her as a bright light and a true professional who brought immense positive energy to every set she worked on.
